Mobile Telecommunications Consultant (OSS/BSS) - Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a Mobile consultant to join the team of its multinational consultancy client in Budapest for 6 months on a Full time basis. This is a contract position.

Minimum core attributes:
Extensive experience in implementing OSS/BSS solutions for Telecom Operators with proven experience in architecting solutions, requirements engineering, HLD, LLD.
Good knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and processes design. Significant experience in applying this knowledge towards a flexible portfolio of mobile converged services, while working in conjunction with sales, customer care, product Management, service creation and assurance teams.
Good understanding of OSS/BSS E2E landscape, interfaces, data and information exchange requirements, enabling the end to end management of cross-functional processes, operations and performance in digital, retail and customer care.
Propose solution options based on the analysis and recommend the option that is architecturally- compliant and most feasible in terms of cost effectiveness, robustness, security and maintainability across the architecture
Designing As-Is & To-Be processes, Business Process Re-engineering & improvement, Business Transformation, Opportunity Assessment, data analysis and Systems Mapping.
Knowledge across various COTS packages for Telecom Sales, Order management, CRM, Online Charging, Self-care, Product Catalog Management and Service Assurance,
Techno-Functional knowledge on following COTS will be an added plus: Hybris, Siebel, Amdocs, EPS and Calisto.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of the technical requirements necessary to manage a multi-vendor environment in the delivery of a complete OSS/BSS solution.
