Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.) So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Role Description and Skills Required:
-Role: Strong technical skills with integration experience and also scripting.
-Product: Oracle Service Cloud (aka RightNow)
-Area: Integration/Scripting (PHP, Javascript)
-Integration: This is a large and complex project on the integration side, so the main solution lead will need to be someone that can understand the business, the requirements, the scope and the integrations and work with CapG to lead the solution.
-Scripting: Our Client is hoping to have a universal queueing system between Service Cloud and a Communications centre that they're building (essentially a scaled up CTI system that handles chat, email and phone calls). Anything that does that is going to need some API scripting to handle the incoming requests in real time.
-Language Skills: For design phase English is required, for build phase Dutch is advantageous.
