Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Task:
-Coordination and alignment of the local Hub activities and Global Hub activities to ensure successful preparation, implementation and data transformation.
-Preparation and supervision of the data transformation with the respective servicing organisations
-Coordination of impacts between the concurrent initiatives
-Partnering with HR cross-stream teams to ensure alignment with other projects and activities
-Central co-ordination needed for stakeholder, planning, collecting issues
-Be the main accountable person for all HR changes related to those transformation projects.
Requirements:
-Successful experience in complex project management, in a cross functional area (Minimum 5 years)
-Very good understanding of SAP ERP: HR (Minimum 5 years) and SAP FI (if possible) in order to bridge and connect both topics.
-Experience in working in a global environment
-Able to work with virtual teams
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
-Knowledge of change control as it relates to application systems
-Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyse, design, implements, and support applications.
