Levy Associates are working with some of the biggest names in the financial sector including a well known asset management company who are looking for a number of strong functional testers to join on a long term contract basis.
Levy Associates are looking for a large number of testers who will implement a new investment and reporting capability in the accounting application which runs data feeds to/from the Back Office.
Role description and activities:
As Test Analyst responsible for testing and defined deliverables
Creation of quality test requirements
Manual functional and integrated test scenarios
Creation of accurate defect/issues
Skills:
Experience of complex test projects
Good communication skills
Good social skills
Pro-active, team player
Test Skills and Experience:
Solid background within Software testing
Experience of working within different project methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc.)
Experience capturing requirements/test cases
Good understanding of test phases from functional through to user acceptance
Able to write and execute manual regression scripts
Experience with financial systems
Understanding of database structures
Knowledge base:
Client & Fund accounting and reporting processes
Basic knowledge of Capital Markets, Derivatives, FX, MM & Alternate Investments
