EVENTS COORDINATOR - CORPORATE ACCESS - BASED IN ST PAULS - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Bank of America Merrill Lynch/MBNA is currently seeking to recruit an Events Coordinator to work as part of the Corporate and Strategic Access Team in the offices based in St Pauls, London.

The Corporate and Strategic Access Team is responsible for organising Conferences, Non Deal Roadshows, CBE Roadshows and Fieldtrips originating form Research, Sales and Specialist Sales.

Key skills for an Events Coordinator:

*Demonstrable previous experience in Corporate Access
*Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise with Sales, Banking, Research and Corporate Banking
*Previous experience within a Investment Bank, Financial Services organisation, or equivalent
*Ability to build and maintain relationships (both internal and external)
*Adopt a flexible working style
*Work confidently in a team and as an individual
*Roadshows planning/Conference planning experience
*Computer literate with good experience of all MS Office products

Responsibilities of an Events Coordinator:

Conferences:

*Coordinate the conference process from beginning to end including all logistics, budgets and 1x1 meetings
*Create, collate and despatch of various types of information to both delegates, speakers, Research and Sales
*Data entry and data management of Bank of America Merrill Lynch's conference management system
*Answer internal, investor and client telephone and email enquiries quickly and professionally

Fieldtrips:

*Arrange bespoke and group Fieldtrips; booking meetings directly with the Corporates via the Investor Relations team
*Assist Sales with marketing, producing flyers and investor profiles
*Book and recommend fieldtrip logistics; flights, accommodation, venues, cars and visas

Non Deal Roadshows:

*Book 1x1 roadshow meetings with institutions
*Send out invitations and coordinate responses for all group meetings
*Organise presentation printing and distribution
