Contracts Negotiator / Contract law / EMEA / IT Services / London based with some travel to other site locations/ £350-£450 a dayJoin a leading IT services organisation as a Contracts Negotiator responsible for negotiating both EMEA and US end to end IT services contract. This is a fantastic long term contract based in central london
Ideally you'll have experience of the following:
- Experience of negotiating IT Service contracts across multiple jurisdictions of both suppliers and customers
- Experience of negotiating the contracts under UK law and occasionally EU/EAA jurisdictions
- A law degree
- Experience of negotiating US contracts under US state law
Role is based in Central London in close proximity to a number of underground stations
