Description
Required Skills:-Salesforce.com Certified Developer DEV401 and DEV501 both are 100% mandatory
-Agile/SCRUM project experience or certifications are highly preferred
-ADM201 and Sales/Service consultant certifications are preferable
-Any contribution to force.com blogs, ideas or published articles in technical aspects of Salesforce.com will be a huge advantage
-Should have worked as an Architect for complex implementations spanning multiple clouds
-Should have played an advisory role to customers on defining CRM roadmap, SFDC Implementations, product evaluations, development best practices, test processes, release management model etc.
-Should have good experience in designing and architecting large SFDC implementations for global companies
-Should have good experience in interacting with end users, business analysts, Enterprise architects, project managers and technical teams in implementation projects
-Should be very strong in interpreting business requirements/outcomes to technical solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
-Should have very good domain knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Support, Billing, Quoting and general CRM business process knowledge across different industries
-Should have very strong research skills, proactively identify and resolve technical issues and contribute to the knowledge base of the Practice
-Should have very strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
-Presales experience in Salesforce.com space will be a huge advantage
-Strong hands-on experience with administration, configuration (including all the latest features), customization and development within Salesforce.com
-Strong Experience with Visualforce, Apex, Eclipse IDE
-Experience in Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
-Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica
-Should have experience in designing/building integrations, SSO, Mobile applications
-Reasonably good web development skills including CSS, Java, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, AJAX , web services
-Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored procedures is essential
-Configure, test, debug software and document programs according to standards, policies and procedures
-The role will involve some hands-on coding, advising new features/best practices for clients, coaching other developers on coding best practices, performing code reviews and platform rationalization responsibilities
