Description
Role:-The Solution Designer for a specific functional area will work closely with the assigned Delivery Manager and Delivery Lead to translate business needs and functional requirements into effective technology solutions for both an internal and external audience as required.
-This role works closely with the business & IS stakeholders to ensure that the business strategy for the given domain, delivers against a solution design that is agreed and understood.

Required Skills:
-Describe the level of functional/technical knowledge required for the job and the nature of the expertise.
-Practical working knowledge of technology / software, e.g. Agile Software Development, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Design Patterns, Java Server Page (JSP), Java Management Extensions (JMX), Web Services, Oracle and other databases.
-Expert in facilitating workshops and working design groups across all areas and levels of the business.
-Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to synthesis complex technical information into compelling design documents.
-A high degree of innovation and creativity, balanced with the ability to make complex and clear decisions.
