We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with strong test management skills and hands on experience who will join a team of one more quality assurance manager, four test engineers and an IT automation expert. Aim of the team will be on the one hand to support our application teams on implementing the new test strategies by providing assistance, coaching and the needed tools but also to enhance our existing test automation framework along with the integration of it to the continuous delivery suit.

Test management using JIRA and the Xray plugin

Test automation and continuous delivery solutions

Behavioral Business Development hands on experience and best practices on integrating with Scrum

Test automation scripts implementation ideally using Java and Eclipse and also API testing

Knowledge of Puppet, Git, Stash and Bamboo is required

Has good understanding of the architecture principals on building automate and engineering solutions

Knowledge of setting up test environments from scratch is an advantage.

Experience with virtual test environments and Cloud is a competitive advantage

Experience with test data solutions like Delphix is good to have but not mandatory

Best practices on documenting non-functional test coverage and execution of it is also mandatory
