Must Haves:
* 2+ years experience of managing SalesForce rollout project, or other CMP solutions
* 5+ years project management experience
* Excellent MS Project Plans experience
* Managed Project Financials, with logging actuals, forecasts and variances
* Used to work across multiple teams in multiple locations
* Spoken and written French or another European language would be a bonus
* Managed multiple software development projects
* Managed business analysts, developers, testers, user acceptance testers and transition to Production Services
* Managed a 3rd party software development vendor
* Clear communication, to ensure the team are fully aware of:
o Scope of the project
o Sign-offs required and deadlines
o Change requests and full impact analysis
o Delivery timescales and their dependencies
o Issues & Risks (any mitigations)
o Costs and resources required to deliver
* Held workshops with business users and able to articulate complex issues in an effective manner
Job Purpose:
* To work with the Rollout SWAT Teams, Development, Integration & Requirements team and local Business Partners to build delivery plans and business cases for the implementations in multiple concurrent countries
* Manage the implementation plan in the country (France), including local stakeholder management
* Monitor schedules, dependencies, issue and risk tracker and provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise deadlines
* Monitor all key decision points, the dates by which a decision is required, and the impact of the decision, through maintenance of schedules
* Monitor change control process in terms of their impact on scope, cost and delivery time frames against the target schedule
* Update and Monitor the financial information
* Collation/production of minutes and actions
* Create and update MS Project Plans
* Prepare status reports and briefing papers as and when required
* Stakeholder management
Minimum requirements & Personal attributes:
Education and certifications/training:
* University degree preferably in technical subject or any comparable education
* Knowledge of software development methodologies and/or ITIL Service Management processes
Professional & Leadership experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO
* Strong communicator able to express complex ideas in simple language and presentation skills at a Senior Management
* Experience in project accounting/financial control
* Good Knowledge of MS Project and Clarity
* Able to work with multiple users groups from the end business user, senior management and internal rollout, development and test teams
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to run internal workshops and externally to small audiences
* Previous experience of SalesForce rollouts, or other CMP solutions
* Previous experience of the recruitment industry is a plus
