Description:
We are looking for a PMO Analyst/Junior Project Manager who is a go getter/driver in ambiguous situations. Needs to be able to hit the ground running in a non structured non process oriented environment. Needs to be well versed with Excel, and been involved in an MA (mergers and acquisition), restructure or reorg project. You will work alongside Senior PM's, Directors and C Level managers. Must come for a large organization/global IT environment.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years as an IT Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst/Junior IT Project Manager
- Merger & Acquisitions experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
- Post schedules, log meeting minutes, capture notes/rewrite notes
- whiteboard in brainstorming meetings
- Change Management and risk management
- Project Management
- Excellent presentation skills
