Description
My client is looking for a Senior Security Systems Specialist to work in a long term contract in The Hague, Netherlands.The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
2nd and 3rd line support of FIUs IT departments for their FIU.NET secure Connexion
Monitoring the network (from low-level to application, security and use)
Implementation of (new) secure network/server solutions
Intervention in problems (identification, analysis and solution)
Support the execution of new installations (connexion of countries to the network)
Execution of upgrades and updates
Execution of changes to the existing environment as response to functional requirements
Knowledge transfer to internal clients staff
Periodic reporting and documentation of aforementioned points
The successful with have the following skills:
RequirementMandatory: Working knowledge of English B2 or higher Mandatory: Formal education of at least 3+ years or Bachelor equivalent in technical/scientific studies (ie Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)Mandatory: A minimum of 7 years of experience in Network security and administration Mandatory: Participation in a minimum of 3 projects involving network architecture in public administrations Mandatory: Acknowledged network security certificationMandatory: CISCO networking technologyDesirable: Network securityDesirable: Linux expertiseDesirable: SINA technology
