Service Cloud Consultant - 6 month contract - Sweden - Starts Jan 2016My client are looking for a Service Cloud Consultant to work on a major project out in Sweden.
The successful candidate will need to be based on site for at least 4 days per week, in Sweden, during certain phases of the role.
Expenses will be covered.
o Location: Sweden (Malmo with some occasional travel to Helsingborg)
Role Responsibilities
o Type: Full Time
o Product: Service Cloud (aka RightNow)
o Role: Strong technical skills with integration history and also Scripting
o Area: Integration/Scripting (PHP, Javascript)
o Location: Sweden (Malmo with some occasional travel to Helsingborg)
- 4 days per week for Design phase
- 2 days per week for Build phase with offsite for 3 days per week
Detail
Integration: This is a large and complex project on the integration side so the main solution lead will need to be someone that can understand the business, the requirements, the scope and the integrations and work with team to lead the solution.
Scripting: Customer is hoping to have a universal queueing system between Service Cloud and a Communications centre that they're building. Anything that does that is going to need some API Scripting to handle the incoming requests in Real Time.
Project Phases
o Design phase 11 weeks
o Build phase 12 weeks
o Test phase 4 weeks
Desirable Skills
- Ability to understand or speak Dutch as the development of the pilot will be delivered in Dutch.
