Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Project Coordinator with 3+ years experience to join our rapidly growing company. Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, you will work with clients to define requirements, manage communications and overall project reporting from concept through completion. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning software, a problem solver, extremely detail-oriented, well spoken, and hungry to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings with clients, designers and developers
- Take meeting minutes
- Report overall progress as well as any issues to internal management
- Participate in sales calls to gather requirements and capture potential client details
- Test applications and provide feedback to designers and developers
- Available 9-5PM EST, Monday through Friday, however hours will be ad hoc, not 40 hours a week to start
- Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Passion for quality design and innovation
- A thirst for learning
- Prefers talking on a phone over sending emails
- Experience working 100% remote
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and VBA a plus
- Experience working with software designers and developers
- Experience with gathering software requirements
- Experience with gathering software testing
- Experience in multiple industries
- Experience putting presentations together
- Microsoft Office, predominantly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
