SAP FICO functional consultant - Sydney.
My client is a market leading multinational organisation with HQ in USA. They are soon to be starting a SAP ECC6.0 harmonisation project in Australia and are looking for a local SAP FICO consultant to join their data conversion team to be based in Sydney. This will be a purely functional role as they have a very stable ETL environment in place with a strong technical data migration team. The role will encompass working closely with the Finance department to gather data, enrich data, define data objects and then map the data into the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have very strong and intricate functional knowledge of Australian tax and fiscal specifics (ideally from an accountancy background) as well as knowing the SAP ECC6.0 FICO tables and data sets. This is a business facing role working with senior stakeholders in the organisation (FD etc) so strong communication and people skills are a must. A big bonus would be if this resource also had a sound knowledge of the SD module, but this is not mandatory. This is a superb opportunity to work with a friendly organisation rolling out ECC6.0 globally.
