Senior Project Manager with Oracle EBS Finance/Project Manager/Senior PM/PM/Oracle EBiz
My client, a large consultancy, is looking for Senior Project Manager for a 3 months contract opportunity based in Karlskrona, Sweden.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Project Management with experience in successful implementation of Oracle EBiz programs, one or two minimum implementation experience from Telco industry, Working experience in Oracle EBS Finance ERP transformation programs at CFO and Business/IT director level, Extensive experience in Stakeholders engagement both Business and IT, Experience to lead and contribute to ensure successful delivery of the program, Change management skills, Strong attention to Business process detail, mainly in Finance and Supply chain area, Leadership Skills, ability to create an open environment where conflicts and ambiguity as to business/cross functional requirements including 3rd party/Internal within The Client can be managed/resolved in an objective manner, People-oriented leader, with experience in successfully leading cross cultural teams across diverse locations such as India, onsite at Dublin/UK etc, Results oriented, flexible and able to work under program Schedule/deadlines, Ability assess the Program risks and recommend mitigation plan, Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams, to achieve desired results and commercial and finance experience to monitors the overall program spend against budget.
