Description

The role of the Lead Consultant is to own the OCH platform and drive the decision making related to Customer MDM functions, integration architecture and business processes. The role is highly-visible and requires interaction with both technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will own the OCH platform from a technical perspective as well as to be responsible for its future deployment across the different geographies

Role: Oracle Customer Hub Principal Consultant

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technical Consultant responsible for managing all aspects of Oracle Customer Hub. Understand the current implementation and own ongoing rollout across multiple locations in the landscape
  • Ensure that the customer hub is the Master Data Management system and golden source for all customer information
  • Apply OCH expertise (mainly Customer Information domain dataset, customer on boarding, origination, customer life cycle management processes) to support highly complex processes interfacing with channel systems, other systems of records and systems of insights at an enterprise level.
  • Capable of facilitating direct discussion with a variety of stakeholders including Architects, Tech Leads, Senior Business and IT stakeholders as well as to interact with business stakeholders including Marketing
  • Able to conduct workshops and walkthrough with architects and IT stakeholders to discuss architecture options to meet Customer MDM functions on the Data Programme roadmap and define an approach for optimum business processes and transition path.
  • Review and provide inputs to the high level design options for the Customer MDM solution

Skills/Competencies:

  • 10+ years of relevant exp in Customer MDM is essential
  • OCH implementation experience is essential
  • Experience of working with third-party integration firms and managing their delivery
  • Thorough knowledge of Siebel Architecture, Siebel data model, Siebel integration model EIA and AIA. eg Integration with CRM using AIA
  • Knowledge of Adobe CRM is highly-desirable although not essential
  • Sound knowledge of system Integration for example using ESB, EAI, AIA, MQ, JMS, Web services, APIs etc
  • Solid knowledge of MDM concepts - survivorship, best version records etc
  • Experience of working closely with different functional areas and project teams to identify and document reporting/Data interface requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams to understand the schemas/models of different data sources and interfaces between different applications within an IT ecosystem and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Strong client handling, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Expert knowledge and significant experience in a range of information systems and technology services and products used in the architecture, design, development, and ongoing management of complex large scale projects.
  • Proven architectural and senior design expertise across multiple information systems and technology architecture domains.
