Mainframe Developers (z/OS)
My market leading client is currently hiring Mainframe Developers (z/OS) for a long term project. The right Mainframe Developers (z/OS) will be offered an initial contract of 6 to 12 months with an option for renewal thereafter for the right Mainframe Developers (z/OS). The right Mainframe Developers (z/OS) will have the following:
- Several years of technical experience of z/OS with a broad knowledge of how the OS works.
- Experience of Level 3 Support and of working with IMS, DB2, Cobol, REXX and has worked with some version control tools (Changeman is preferred) on z/OS.
- Experience of working with JCL's and ISPF - skeletons.
- Should be able to install and customize software (for example PD - Tools).
- Knowledge of DMR is a plus.
