Urgently seeking an Experienced E-Commerce Development Lead or project manager to join a large Travel company in Watford area. My client have recently gone through an exciting merger and are now looking to amalgamate their 2 systems into one; as such you will require previous experience of Migration projects and ideally this would be as a result of a previous merger.
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience working within at least one of these industries listed:
Retail, Travel, Transportation or Leisure.
My client are looking for the successful applicant to come from a .NET background or have extensive experience managing or leading a Development team. the candidate must also have previous experience of working on Front end booking systems and other operational systems. You must be a hands on Project Manager as you will be liaising with all areas of the Business to understand the projects. You will also be dealing with different levels of stakeholders up to boardroom level.
We are looking for a senior level candidate with a level of gravitas. You will be working at board level, drawing up detailed project plans, but will also need to be able to work in a high pressure environment. This is not the most structured of environments, so you must be able to work autonomously without any PMO.

For this particular contract position the successful applicant must split his time between Newcastle and Hemel Hampstead my client have stressed that expenses will be paid for this.
