Are you a Marketing Manager with 2-5 years' experience, and looking for a new challenge? With 2016 fast approaching we are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our team here at SThree. We are a globally recognised, award winning Recruitment business with 41 offices in 15 countries with approximately 7,500 clients and over 2,700 employees to date. Established in 1986, we now have 5, successful brands to include: Huxley, Computer Futures, Orgtel, Real Staffing and Progressive, covering niche markets as mentioned above.

About the Marketing Manager Role

As the UK Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing a marketing plan for SThree's main recruitment brands within the UK.

You will work closely with senior members of the UK team to agree regional priorities and a suitable plan in support of agreed business needs, as well as with other members of the HQ marketing department to ensure plans are implemented in line with regional and global priorities. You will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, who reports to the Marketing Director.

You will also be responsible for the follow duties;
  • Create a plan for local events - both directly owned and also with relevant industry opportunities - to find and engage more client companies, particularly to reach SME companies who are looking for IT talent
  • Work with other specialists in the marketing department (content, design, digital, brand) to ensure that each event has a clear purpose and is clearly communicated to potential attendees
  • Measure each event to show clear ROI
  • Work with recruitment consultants across the UK offices to improve the quality of job ads and to show increased conversion rate on job ads
  • Work with recruitment consultants across the UK offices to improve the quality of their email communication so that the content is optimised for their audience and the performance of their email communication can be dramatically improved
  • Work with other specialists in the marketing department to ensure that consultants' use of LinkedIn improves significantly, using it as a powerful marketing tool to establish brands in each sector and to position consultants as experts within their own niche
  • Produce quarterly effectiveness and reporting measures for the UK Board
  • Optimise client and candidate journeys, using data and insight to identify areas for improvement and ensure that customer experience is an area of relevant differentiation for SThree's brands
  • Evaluate and liaise with internal stakeholders to manage promotional and advertising spend
  • Represent the marketing team at regional management meetings.

Experience Required
  • 2-5 years' experience creating and managing marketing campaigns within a commercial environment, ideally as a regional expert in a global team
  • Experience of running multi-platform marketing campaigns, including email, websites, social/professional networks and events
