Our banking client is recruiting an IT Test Manager Expert for an exciting project in Copenhagen.
The ideal candidate is an expert and has hands on experience in the below areas:
Hard skills:
- Test management using JIRA
- Test automation and continuous delivery solutions
- Behavioural Business Development hands on experience and best practices on integrating with Scrum
- Test automation scripts implementation ideally using Java and Eclipse and also API testing
- Knowledge of Puppet, Git, Stash and Bamboo is required
- Has good understanding of the architecture principals on building automate and engineering solutions
- Knowledge of setting up test environments from scratch is an advantage.
- Experience with virtual test environments and Cloud is a competitive advantage
- Experience with test data solutions like Delphix is good to have but not mandatory
- Best practices on documenting non-functional test coverage and execution of it is also mandatory
Soft Skills:
- Coaching skills and ability to transfer knowledge
- Superior communication skills and smiling if something does not work from the first try
- Ability to handle and understand a variety of stakeholders (team leaders, PMs, test managers, developers and analysts)
- Experience in working with remotely allocated teams
- Accountable
- Thinking ahead and innovate
- Patient
