Description

My client are one of the UK's leading retail banks based in Manchester - after a recent restructure they are looking to expand their risk operations in both secured and unsecured products by hiring multiple risk analysts and managers.

The successful candidates will take ownership of the handover of the end-to-end reporting process. This will include delivering a thorough set of documentation, handover of BAU monthly reporting- and the production and distribution of business unit portfolio risk management information, as well as driving the streamlining of processes and efficiencies. The role will require strong analytical capability, demonstrable stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to work.

Credit Risk or other relevant Financial services experience (3-5 years minimum) is essential along with excellent written/oral communication skills. Experience with SAS and advanced Microsoft Office capability is paramount importance - particularly the use of Excel and Access

To support this, the role will require:

  • Credit Risk or other Financial services experience in an analytical role - 3-5 years minimum
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the concepts, principles and practices of Credit Risk analysis and portfolio management
