Summit Support Analyst
Summit Support Analyst is urgently required by a global giant in financial services for a long term, lucrative and stable contract in the Netherlands.
Summit Support Analysts requiring work permits are welcome!
The Summit Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Summit application both functionally and technically
- Acting as the Summit Single Point of Contact for the business (Front Office traders)
- Participating in projects
- Acting as the lynch pin between the business, development and QA
- Being the right hand man of the project manager
The Summit Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience:
- Senior experience with Summit
- Senior experience as a support analyst
- Scrum/Agile methodology
- Extensive operations experience
