application Support Engineer - - Contract Dublin 6 months. My client a leading name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Support Engineer to join their group on a contract basis of 6-12 months.
My client is looking for you to Maintain a level of support in all of the applications being developed on BPM and ODM, ensuring that all standards are adhered to for incident, problem and change management. You will ensure systems all meet SLAs. As the Support Engineer you will need to show a proactive approach to application support, which means identifying problems and enhancements and delivering this under a small change function within the team.
Candidates will have 4+ years of working experience in BPM (Business Process Manager) tool. You will have excellent Java skills, you will also have hands on experience in Oracle, SQL server and good Knowledge in WAS, MS Office.
It would be an advantage if candidates had a excellent understanding and experience on Middleware and integration technologies and tools. This would include Working experience on Remedy, Jira, ITIL, ODM, BAM tools
