Description
Our client is currently seeking a Tri Lingual DevOps Engineer to begin a 6 month contract in Brussels, Belgium.Responsibilities and main tasks :
-Design, implement & document a test driven development framework based on the principle of contract first, implemented by specific modules and plugins as to support (advanced) stubbing and continuous testing
-Design, implement & document a continuous integration platform (application and infrastructure interfaces & components - integration flow specifications & requirements)
-Coordinate contributions and report on the evolution of each sprint-
- Present to internal client and project team the different solutions
-Coach analysts, testers and developers
- Actively contribute to technical project meetings
-Ensure transition to support
- Process re-engineering
-Work to continuously improve speed, efficiency and scalability
-Test and evaluate new technology solutions
You must be able to speak fluent English, French and Dutch.

Java : 5 years
Maven : 5 years
Jenkins : 3 years
Groovy : 3 years
Scripting : 3 years (Bash / Windows)
Workflow plugin (Jenkins)
Broad knowledge of SOA concepts, trends, technologies, and products (eg : XML, JCA, JMS, SOAP, WSDL, ).
IIB (IBM Integration Broker version 9+)
Thorough knowledge of logging, stubbing & testing techniques.
Thorough knowledge of modern development methods and techniques
Experience in writing test plans, coordinating integration tests,
Experience with IT systems and operations
Strong grasp for automation tools
Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
Working understanding of code and script
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always- up, always-available service
Discuss with the internal client all along the projects lifecycle
Ensure a good working relationship is established with all necessary support organizations
Document clearly the deliverables and coach a sample of future users
