An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well established company specialising in the development of wireless products. As the electronics / embedded software engineer to join part of an expanding, forward thinking R&D team.
The successful candidate will have the following experience :
Microcontroller-based product designs ideally with experience with various communications protocols (USB, serial, Ethernet, CANbus) and peripheral interfaces (I2C, onewire, SPI)
Embedded C from the ground up for microcontrollers
PCB layout
Advantageous:
Ideally some experience with design for EMC and safety and experience of putting a product through EMC testing and the process involved RFID You will have the ability to manage own projects as well as part of a small team or across departments and be capable of full lifecycle design.
