The client currently has a large scale SAP Project and consequently they're seeking a SAP P2P Business Analyst with the following skills and experience
Senior Business Analyst SAP P2P Role Description:
-You will become part of the PTO (Process Transformation Office). My client is currently standardizing and harmonizing its core processes on a global scope. These processes will be implemented in SAP.
-The PTO main focus for the coming years is to, as part of PTO, design, build, test and roll-out the standardized SAP template. For that reason you are willing to travel in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
-You will work with other business analysts and functional consultants, as well as business process owners, on a variety of business improvement projects, often to tight deadlines.
-You will make the most of your consultancy and communication skills with Business Process Owners / key users.
-Assist in roll-out preparations (data cleaning, cut-over planning);
-Assist in go-live and after-care;
-Work within the PTO to define continuous improvement solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected.
Senior SAP P2P Business Analyst Requirements:
-Bsc/Msc in Information and Communication Technology or in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance etc.
-? 10 years of relevant experience in SAP P2P
-Good knowledge and understanding of business processes. Know how to translate business requirements and process designs into SAP solutions. You are sensitive to the needs of a business and have a real flair for translating those needs into IT concepts. Indeed, when it comes to suggesting IT solutions that will bring about real business improvements you are both proactive and highly influential.
-Experience of process modelling tools such as ARIS and development tools (SAP Solution Manager) is essential, and you are familiar with project management methods like Prince II.
-You'll need to be fully conversant with SAP implementation methods or similar methods (e.g. ASAP) and projects, with your SAP knowledge including SAP MM and preferably SAP SRM/Ariba and preferable SAP (E)WM. Customer focus, analytical, pro-active and always working towards a solution. Ability to maintain good relationships with several stakeholders.
-You are a good team player with strong planning and organizational skills.
-Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
