Contract duration - initial 3 months
Location - Nottingham
Experience required:
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and meaningfully to audiences of diverse background
Highly effective interpersonal & consulting skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Powerpoint.
Ability to work to deadlines and in high pressure environment
Initiative to work independently, make decisions and manage expectations
Keen eye and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and take responsibility for project delivery
Prioritise and manage workloads
The Communications Lead will be responsible for the planning and execution of all elements of client communication with the core responsibility being to support a client wide major change initiative. The primary objective of this role is to work with senior leadership and the Programme team to define and execute a client communications strategy for a major change initiative.
Bring direction & leadership to the communication elements of the change programme, ensuring cross-divisional alignment with the strategy.
Research, draft, edit, proof, produce & distribute internal and external communications in support of the Programme change activity
Define & maintain communications infrastructure (process, tools, channels, platforms, forums) and contribute to driving improvements
Ensure the client delivers a consistent standard of business correspondence
Direct, co-ordinate and manage cross-divisional stakeholders, ensuring appropriate RACI' s are defined for Programme communications
