Description
OSS, RAN Expert NSN & Huawei is required to work on a three monthly extendable contract in the Philippines. The successful candidate must have at least 8 year's experience of working on both NSN and Huawei equipment and who will have supported the RAN optimisation teams with providing extensive work on KPi's. To include enhancing the focus on KPIs, eg: CCR, LU success rate, IC Handover ratio, Paging success rate, PDP success, Location updates SAE check, The EOS analysis A-NUMBER analysis, B-NUMBER analysis, routing case analysis, announcement changes.
With regards to OSS skills the ideal candidate will have good knowledge of RAN in general NSN and Huawei and experience of extracting data from NSN and Huawei's OSS platforms to import the information into Excel and then analyse the result to identify the non performing sites in a cluster based on specific KPI information.
Main skills preferred:
- Excellent KPI extraction and analysis skills
- Good knowledge of counters and parameters at RNC/BSC layer
- Good knowledge of RAN architecture and OSS operations
- Working knowledge of optimisation and drive test scenarios
- Excellent Excel skills
- XML, SQL and Perl skills
- Native like English communication skills, spoken and written (no mumblers)
