IT Business Relationship Manager
My client has a requirement for an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to join their project. You will be responsible for managing the ECEMEA IT organization and for driving the implementation of the functional goals.
The key deliverables for the role, will be to ensure that the IT organization:
Ensure the ECEMEA team is appropriately staffed to meet business demand including the hiring of any open positions
Ensure the IT team can sustain business operations as well as add value in alignment with the business strategies and focus areas
Ensure all ECEMEA IT initiatives are aligned with the business and functional strategies and are funded, monitored and managed appropriately
Coordinate and align with Global IT and EMEA IT resources that are located in and providing services to ECEMEA
Reduce the burden of internal IT processes in order to allow more time to address business needs
Connect the ECEMEA IT Team with the International IT Teams in order to leverage regional expertise in solving Business problems
Transform ECEMEA IT as the single point of contact for all IT related issues at the country level
Deliver and deploy the regional/local solutions according to the Global strategy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct the IT organization across ECEMEA
Develop and implement functional deliverables as stated above for the ECEMEA IT organization
Manage the consolidated budget for the region and ensure resources are used in an optimal manner and agreed expenditure budgets are not exceeded
To be responsible for setting and assessment of performance management objectives for direct reports and oversee this process for the team
To be responsible for effective leadership, management, coaching and counselling of the team and to be responsible for training needs analysis and personal development of direct reports.
To be responsible for succession planning within the ECEMEA organization
Create Service level agreements with all customers and deliver upon them
Create a strong link between the Local/Regional and the Global Teams
Be an active member of the ECEMEA Leadership Team
Be an active member of the EMEA IT Leadership Team
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the International IT Organization
Ensure all appropriate risk and security measures are taken for local application compliance.
Single point of contact for all data and compliance related audits
