Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Salesforce.com Developer for a contract position in downtown Chicago, IL. Client is located within walking distance from the train station. Selected individual will be working with a small team of developers in an Agile environment to develop Salesforce.com applications using APEX, APEX triggers, workflows, Visual Force and JavaScript. Individual will be responsible for designing and coding required solutions, maintenance and development of the current Salesforce.com system and liaising with Business Analysts and Quality Assurance to ensure quality deliverables. Any experience with Saleforce.com (SFDC) administration would also be a big plus for this position. Individual will also work with such web technologies as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and interface with SOAP/REST web services and APIs.
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, strong working knowledge of SalesForce APEX, APEX triggers, JavaScript and Visual Force. Individual should have experience with all the different phases of software development life cycle. Strong communication skills are essential for this position. Salesforce.com Developer Certification (DEV 401) is a plus.
