Senior Manager - Top Financial Services Consultancy
A Senior Manager is needed within a top Financial Services Consultancy specializing in the Investment Management space. This client is offering a competitive base salary with a good benefits package and strong bonus potential.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for owning an array of programs around business change and transformation across a varied client base from start-ups to the biggest names in the market. As a leading figure, you will also be expected to mentor less experienced consultants. This client are looking for both delivery focused Senior Managers as well as Senior Managers with experience in Business Development and who would want to build business by using their existing network.
Senior Manager - Financial Services Required Experience
- Experience in Financial Services consultancy at Senior Manager Level, within Capital Markets or Investment Management.
- Experience in owning programs around business change and transformation e.g. Target Operating Model Design, Business Process Improvement, Bench marking, Vendor Selection, Outsourcing and Off-shoring.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Investment Management space, knowledge of how the buy side works from front to back office.
- If no direct experience in the Investment Management space, then a strong desire to move into this area.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience in Business Development (not essential).
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 depending on experience.
