Description

Be part of the development and manufacturing of new, sophisticated medical and industrial products. Your Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking Electronic/Firmware design and development activities for new products
  • Producing & progressing project plans and cost estimates
  • Using DFMEA to produce robust designs as well as undertaking risk analysis on potential safety and reliability issues
  • Undertaking/supervising prototype & production builds and providing technical support & problem solving for existing production
  • Producing design documentation, writing of technical reports and providing support for
  • in-house & external evaluations
  • Conducting research and technology development activities to support new product development projects


Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, essential
  • Must have experience with electronics manufacturing processes and the use of circuitry simulation tools
  • Experience with VHDL firmware development and knowledge of FPGA technology desirable
  • A practical background working on new product design and knowledge of engineering data set up (BOMs/Routings) in Enterprise Resource Planning systems required
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project needed.
