You must have

Rich experience in technology and can demonstrate that you are on the cutting edge of enterprise software and service-oriented architecture (SOA) platform principles.

Must be able to see whether the application has been built with correct emphasis on these elements and recognize software patterns and the solutions associated with those patterns.

Communication is a key skill coupled with self-confidence, the individual must be able to address technical and infrastructure reference architecture to both IT and business strategy managers.

You need to be comfortable and have experience that can ensure that the technology objectives of the enterprise aligns and supports the strategic business goals of the client

Nice to have but not necessary skill is understanding Cloud architecture. Need to understand different cloud service models and roadmaps and articulate to the client a reference architecture for end-to-end enterprise cloud service offerings using multiple platforms while defining those requirements, and creating a roadmap that will suit the needs of the client.

Oracle product knowledge in Fusion Middleware, Engineered Systems, and Oracle cloud is desired but not mandatory
