SC Cleared (Essential) Business Intelligence Architect, Milton Keynes, Immediate, OBIEE,
Our Milton Keynes based client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior BI Architect to work within their growing Data practice alongside multiple stakeholders to define solutions within a complex technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a primary technical interface to a major Transport operator across an expanding BI Portfolio, leading key customer meetings as an established senior representative.
- Shaping, managing and guiding the activities of technical architects and other BI project resources.
- Providing subject matter expertise to stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on BI architectures, methods and best practices.
- Providing cross project input to ensure delivery across the BI portfolio is aligned with the operators overall architecture vision.
- Undertaking formal review of content and deliverables and acting as lead representative at deliverable review sessions with the customer.
Mandatory Skills and Experience Required
Strong experience acting as a senior architect within the BI domain.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with senior Clients and lead key meetings.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams to deliver successful outputs.
- SC clearance required.
- In depth experience of key technologies: OBIEE and Informatica
- In depth experience of Datamodelling for data warehouses, data marts and other analytical stores.
- Supplemental experience of Oracle Exadata, Oracle Essbase and Hadoop ecosystem technologies
- Broad experience of other current and Legacy BI technologies, for example SAP BO, Oracle Warehouse Builder and Oracle Discoverer.
