Role - L3 Support Netscaler- TCS
Location - Stockholm, Sweden
Duration - 3-6 months +
Job Description
- At least five years of application load balancing experience
- Citrix/netscaler load balancing experience a must, including GSLB
- Level-3 support to operations and implementation
- Administration, maintenance, and improvement of Citrix Netscaler
- Execute change management activities as new patches/updates become available
- Work with other internal teams to test and implement new application in Citrix Netscaler
- Troubleshoot issues with Netscaler environments and provide service status updates during outages
