DESCRIPTION:
- Update the QA and Test Policy
- Document and update Master Test Plans
- Define and Document Project Test plans
- Oversees and/or execute in the following test phases: Unit Test, Integration test, System Test and Acceptance test.
- Define, maintain, and execute test scenarios.
- Identify, verify and document the problems encountered (manages Bug tracking tool).
- Produce test report.
- Design and develop automated regression test scenarios.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years experience in QA & Testing
- Expert with the quality assurance control process applied during the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
- Expert in interpreting the technical and businesses needs to define test specifications and scenarios.
- Excellent knowledge of the CMMI, ISO 9126 and other quality standard or reference in the industry
- Excellent programming skill.
- Highly organized individual, detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- The candidate must be available to work overtime as needed.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
SKILLS:
Important:
- Expert of HP Quality Center - ALM
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Selenium, TestComplete, Jmeter, Junit
- Perl, Python, Java, VBScript
- SQL, PL/SQL Web Services
- UNIX, Linux
- Oracle, SQL Server
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documents.
ASSETS:
- Bilingual: fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Wireless Solutions and Cellular Network Topologies.
- Knowledge of networked environments, Terminal Server, and UNIX.
- Experience with Real Time data management applications.
