Senior Java Backend Developer - Long term project!
Urgently looking for an experienced Java backend developer to join the development team as soon as possible.
You will be working in a Mobile SCRUM team of 6 members, consisting of 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers and 2 Java backend developers. The level of expertise of the other team members is high and the atmosphere within the team is very good as well.
Except the technical skills of the Java backend engineer it is also important to have good communication skills.
The project is long term, it is an ongoing project. If both parties are still satisfied the contract will keep extending.
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience with Java development
- You are able to work comfortably with the Spring framework
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools as:
- Maven
- GIT
- Jenkins
- Sonar
- Nexus
- You are experienced with REST, XML and JSON
- Experienced with working in an Agile environment
Nice to haves:
- Experience with mobile development (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience with functional programming
