IT Project Manager ( Retail ) is required on an initial 3 - 6 months contract to deliver enterprise class IT Project Management services on site for a multinational Retail client based in Birmingham
The role:
As the IT Project Management you will be leading a flagship Software Development project focussing on service optimisation and workforce management. Reporting to C Level executives, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, being the main point of contact for the client. Strong technical understanding of technologies will be key to ensuring that SLA's and time/budget constraints are met.
Package:
There is a competitive day rate of £300 - £375 per day, depending on experience, with the opportunity to manage projects in an ITIL environment working with a wide range of exciting technologies.
Essential IT Project Manager ( Retail ) skills:
* Experience of managing prestigious Software Development projects
* Experience of workforce management software solutions such as Kronos / TimeForce / Salesforce
* An understanding of a wide range of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools ( SSIS / SSAS / SSRS )
* Retail experience
* Confident working with C Level executives
* Strong presentation skills
* First Class communications
* Prince2 Certified
* Documentation skills
Ideal IT Project Manager ( Retail ) skills:
The Project Manager will ideally be Prince II certified and must have previous experience of working in client facing position ideally within the Retail Sector. The IT Project Manager will have a wide number of responsibilities including documentation, managing stakeholders and vendors and leading projects.
