A Manager is needed within a top Financial Services Consultancy specializing in the Investment Management space. This client is offering a competitive base salary with a good benefits package and strong bonus potential.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for owning an array of programs around business change and transformation across a varied client base from start ups to the biggest names in the market. As a leading figure, you will also be expected to mentor less experienced consultants.
Manager - Financial Services Consultancy Required Experience
- Experience in Financial Services consultancy at manager level, within Capital Markets or Investment Management.
- Experience in owning programs around business change and transformation e.g. Target Operating Model Design, Business Process Improvement, Benchmarking, Vendor Selection, Outsourcing and Off-shoring.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Investment Management space, knowledge of how the buy side works from front to back office.
- If no direct experience in the Investment Management space, then a strong desire to move into this area.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Educated to degree level.
