An NHS client is currently looking for a CHC Nurse Assessor to work on the Restitution Cases.

Key experience and qualifications
- Demonstration of professional development
- Knowledge of CHC Framework and application
- Use of the CHC Checklist
- Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
- Leading, supporting and motivating team members
