Description
Controller in Management Support Language & Translation Services with project controlling experience wanted for our client, an international bank in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the KPIs and of expenses charged for selected clients
- Ensuring the monthly controlling of outsourced account expenses including the accrual report, account netting and monthly closing process
- Monthly monitoring of department expenses
- Developing ad-hoc statistics and analyses for the department, clients, sub-department and sector heads and collaborating in the analyses for the strategic decision process
- Creating monthly statistics on quality assurance for all external top providers
- Developing all Excel control files to cover the different business needs
Your experience/skills:
- Appropriate business education and controlling certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project controlling in the finance / banking field
- Technical knowledge and experience of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, including good skills in Macro Programming, and other controlling software
- Ability and to analyze strategic and charging data to identify business improvement opportunities and trends
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
