OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a Senior Mathematical Expert who can support the development team with the implementation of mathematical calculations.
The successful candidate will:
Build a software library in Java for performing mathematical calculations.
Build a suite of automated tests to verify the correct working methods or functions within the library.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The consultancy support for this work requires a software engineer with the following qualifications:
A university Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science.
Recent related work experience in the area of Mathematics.
The candidate has recent and relevant work experience in programming mathematical formulas eg coordinate conversions, interpolation, vector calculations, parallax calculations, Matrix calculations in Java (or Similar Language).
Recent experience in automated testing of software eg JUnit.
Ideally experience in Java Programming.
