Marketing Executive
Based in Reading
£220 - £245 a day
6 month contract (possible extension)
My client is a global leading software company and is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, hitting the ground running.
Tasks will include:
- Working alongside the campaign manager in the EMEA team who will be working on setting the strategy of the marketing plans with the main stakeholders
- Insure the content of the production is on time and get approval/feedback when needed
- Brief agencies and insure timelines are met to allow launching at the agreed dates the activity. If necessary, take any actions or decisions needed to solve problems
- Organise with other teams the activities which means agree on the dates, find and book speakers when required
- Insure all Back End tasks are met including purchase orders, receiving, salesforce, upload of assets, updates for wider teams
Required skills are:
- Extensive Marketing experience in a high technology company with a fast moving environment
- Must have previous experience in campaigns or program execution
- Strong ability to use excel, Salesforce and Oracle
- Must be able to lead projects in a Matrix and diverse cultural organization with multiple stakeholders in a virtual team
- Must be able to collaborate, communicate and manage in a highly matrixed organization that operates across multiple time zones
- Must be self-driven, dynamic and be able to confidently use own initiative!
