ICT Manager
Job
The Infrastructure & Operations department is responsible for developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of end customer and thus 24/7 continuity of business operations. Together with the other three section heads and the department you shape the management of the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICT sector in which you are progressed to management
- Minimum 3 years management experience preferably gained in the ICT pillar of a complex professional organization in the financial services and IT service provider.
- A good conceptual, policy and business understanding.
- Experience with and knowledge of Enterprise Network Services and Network products, such as Cisco and Ciena is desired.
- Experience with and knowledge of Enterprise Database and Middleware products, eg. SQLserver, Biztalk or MQ Series is desirable.
- Experience in a process-oriented work environment, eg. ISO20000, PMBOK or Lean Six Sigma.
Responsibilities:
- The daily management of approximately 20 specialists
- help the employees in their personal development and conducts the interviews with HR specialists
- the client responsible for projects that take place within your area of interest
- send the vendors have to the end customer's network, databases, and Middleware
