My client, a major Telecommunications Vendor is looking for an experienced OSS Business Analyst with customer processes and network technology experience within a fiber environment.
Business Analyst/Consultant - Process and Requirements:
Solid Experience in working with process definition and reengineering for the Telco operator preferable with focus on fiber business
- Solid Experience in leading Process and requirements workshops with customers
- Solid Experience of customer processes and network technology: fiber build and deliver and copper
- Solid Experience of documenting processes and requirements
- Good knowledge of Network Engineer (GIS/ArcGIS or similar), should be able to do a demo
- Good knowledge Total Ericsson Integrated Inventory solution components and interworking (or similar Network Inventory experience from Netcracker/Amdocs etc)
- Good Knowledge of IT- platforms and technology, databases, XML, web services, integration technologies .
