Marketer - Digital and Traditional Marketing
Elevate is the next generation of recruitment technology for the global contract and freelance workforce. Our aim is to provide every organisation hiring contract workers an alternative to recruitment agencies via an online recruitment platform. We also aim to become the destination of choice for non-permanent workers to find work and manage their careers.
We are looking for a Marketer to join the team in Central London initially on a part time basis with a view to potentially going permanent. Probably 2 to 3 days a week to start with.
The role focuses on development of better engagement with predominantly our contractor/candidate/freelancer audiences. Some work into lead generation and nurturing with our corporate customers should also be expected. The recruitment industry is dominated by agencies still and should be viewed as a conservative and quite traditional sector so the opportunity to do things differently is massive.
Likely channels for this are email, content, mobile apps and other digital routes, we are also keen to explore other more traditional channels whether that at events, radio, print or what ever proves to be viable based on ROI.
You will need to be an experienced Marketer able to demonstrate that you have taken validated web apps & concepts and driven conversion and engagement in competitive markets and sectors.
Skills required
Marketing & Transactional Engagement Email - strategy and delivery
SEO & PPC - B2C mainly
Content Marketing - conceptual ideas & design, including sales and event collateral
Mobile app marketing - iOS & Android
Analytics Apps - Google Analytics or other
Experience of content management systems
Recruitment Marketing or Candidate Attraction - not a must have but would be useful
