FINANCE PROJECT COORDINATOR

Purpose of Position: Support a number of programs Business Management Office for IT Finance
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the scheduling, deliverables, and logistics of finance training and other event
- Updates org charts and contact lists
- Helps to coordinate leadership meetings and maintains SharePoint sites
- Provides support for business continuity planning, space planning, performance management cycles
- Support includes managing attendee lists, ensuring materials are collected and disseminated to participants, manage notes
Qualifications:
- High School diploma; BA or BS preferred
- Minimum 3+ years' direct relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Lotus Notes desired
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized
- Good people skills
- Ability to take work assignments to completion independently; ability to figure things out on their own
- Ability to raise/ask questions if needed
