SAP HR and Cloud (SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday) Solution Architect
I am currently looking for a SAP HR Solution Architect to work on an initial 4 month extendable opportunity in Denmark, with International travel.
The solution architect will contribute to the vendor selection process, our client is about to implement a global HR platform across the whole group. This global HR platform will more or less cover all HR Processes except payroll and time management, which will still be managed locally, either through outsourcing partners or through local solutions.
The solution architect must have been part of a project to implement a global HR platform in an International company. The perfect candidate has already done this kind of implementation of a cloud HR solution. If not, the candidate has already worked with a cloud HR solution. For instance, by maintaining an already deployed solution. The candidate is familiar with HR processes and integration between HR systems and other internal/3rd party systems. Experience in payroll is not required
Previous experience needed:
- Good understanding of the Hire-to-Retire process and how to support this with IT Solutions.
- Experience with defining requirements and tool selection.
- Architecture Capabilities to ensure an integrated landscape.
- Experience with design application solutions in chosen tool
