Description:
We are looking for a PMO Analyst/Junior Project Manager who is a go getter/driver in ambiguous situations. Needs to be able to hit the ground running in a non structured non process oriented environment. Needs to be well versed with Excel, and been involved in an MA (mergers and acquisition), restructure or reorg project. You will work alongside a senior VP of a global company specifically doing Vendor Service Agreement support, SLA's. Must have this!
Required Experience:
- 5+ years as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst/Junior Project Manager
- Recent experience supporting VP or C level managers specifically working with Service Level Agreements, external vendors, for an Merger & Acquisitions project. IT systems are being merged on a global level and you will be supporting the service level agreements for this.
- Merger & Acquisitions experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Excel 2013, Project 2013, Visio and PowerPoint
- Expert with project plans, risk logs, status reports
- Post schedules, log meeting minutes, capture notes/rewrite notes
- whiteboard in brainstorming meetings
- Project Management
- Excellent presentation skills
